Looking for a weekday lodger for very large en-suite double room with 42” tv including Sky movies, Sky Sports, on demand and Netflix, unlimited top speed broadband, couch, small table and chair, double bed. Plenty of free parking in street.

All bills included.

You would have your own toilet/shower room.

The room is cleaned weekly.

The house is a short 10-13 minute walk to Motspur Park station and an 15 minute walk to Raynes Park with quick transport links to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk with buses to a range of destinations including Wimbledon (District Line), Morden (Northern Line) Kingston and Tooting.

Wimbledon and Raynes Park are lovely areas, both with gyms, bars, Waitrose and a range of restaurants. There is a large Tesco superstore 5 minutes walk from the house.

We are a quiet household looking for a Mon to Fri lodger. Access to kitchen but no other communal areas. A copy of your passport, property tax and a recent utility bill will be required.
