I am currently looking for a really nice and friendly housemate to take up my gorgeous double bedroom within a fully furnished house with a garden.

The generous double bedroom on offer comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk with drawers, and shelving for storage. Double glazing, fitted carpets, light, bright, quiet, and calm.

In total the property comprises of a delightful reception room with ample space for dining, smart kitchen, elegant bathroom, divine garden, and a garage.

In short, it's a fabulous house with a south-facing garden with lost of sunshine coming through, great for general relaxing when the sun goes down!

The bedroom is ideal for a professional and for those working from home, there is a generous sized desk and strong wi-fi connection throughout the house.

I am looking for a non-smoker, clean, tidy, and respectful housemate to share with me and enjoy all that the house has to offer.

For those working in the city, Tulse Hill station is 5 - 7 minutes' walk from the house. Direct trains into London Bridge (20 minutes) and Kings Cross (24 minutes). There are also regular buses to Brixton (10 minutes) and Streatham Hill and Clapham are easily less than 10 - 15 minutes away too. Local shops and amenities are 5 minutes from the house also.
