The lounge area

Hello! We are an easy going couple with a room to rent on a short term basis. We are flexible in terms of length of stay (between 4 and 10 weeks) and will consider 7 days as well as Monday to Friday lets.


Your bedroom:
Has a double bed with under-bed drawers, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a nice-sized window and shelves on the wall. A full-sized bathroom is adjacent and will be for your predominant use (we have an ensuite in our own bedroom).

The flat:
It's between Limehouse and Shadwell Stations, being just 10 minutes' walk from the DLR, C2C and the Overground, and is also right by Cycle Superhighway 3. Bank and Canary Wharf are nearby, whilst there is a plethora of local shops too. Brick Lane is fifteen minutes away for bars and markets and Limehouse basin nearby for a pleasant walk towards Wapping.

The flat has a lovely spacious balcony off the living space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer-drier, and built-in mircowave, as well as the usual oven, hob etc and an inbuilt fridge freezer.

The rent:
Included in the rent are electricity, water, broadband, and Council Tax.

If you have a bicycle, there is bike parking available outside in a secure cage in the car park.
