Professional looking for clean double room

I'm a 34 year old professional female, looking for a fully furnished double room, within a half an hour walk (max) to Bristol Temple Meads. I do prefer Totterdown or Southville but happy to consider other areas too.

Ideally I would like to share a flat/house with no more than two other professionals, who are considerate and enjoy sharing a glass of vino at times but who are also not wanting a party house.

I had an international upbringing but get along easily with people. I love surfing, snorkelling, travelling (when time and money allows) photography (both taking pictures as well as going to exhibitions) going to the cinema or comedy show and gym classes such as spin and X fit.

I'm interested in the outdoors as I love nature and animals (so if the house has an animal/garden that would be considered a bonus), going for long country walks, and also enjoy a good night in, or meal out!

I'm clean, tidy and respectful towards others, I enjoy cooking, I like my own space during the week but would also like to live in a homey house where we can be friends not just flatmates and share a meal or two now and again :).

Ideally looking for a place from 1st March or April as I am looking for the right place and person(s) to share with. I also have to give a months notice on my current place.
My budget is ?520 (including bills).

Happy to look at budding up and rent a place together or move into an already set up home :).
