The bedroom has a quality double bed and mattress, a large pine chest of drawers and a pine wardrobe. There is a light and airy shared bathroom and full use of the open plan lounge / dining area with a television and cozy open fire. Full use also of shared kitchen and garden.

The rent includes all bills, council tax and unlimited broadband use.

£325 Monday - Friday
Would suit a professional with short week stays (e. g. Monday to Thursday nights only) preferred but prepared to discuss a flexible nightly rate if needing to stay less in the week or on occasional weekends.

£90 per week for students (term-time only)
Could also suit a degree student needing term-time lodgings with a weekly rent of £90 per week, not charging in the holiday periods if the room and house is vacated during these times.

£390 per month full-time
A part-time lodger is preferred but open to discussion if a 7 day a week rental is needed.

I'm a very tidy and respectful person and would welcome the same in a lodger.
