Late 30s gal seeks new home both chilled & outgoin

Hey there,

I'm looking for a new home in Hertfordshire. Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, or Hertford preferred.

Budget can be flexible depending on the place.

About me: I'm 39, and an employed Project Manager working in healthcare.

Although I don't get out as much as I used to I have enjoyed the usual things I guess; drinking, pub, bars, occasional clubber of the house music kind, and a bit of live music (ska, funk, rare groove) also good too, and of course I am just as happy to chill at home with a few beers or bottle of wine and have a good chat, sit in silence, or chill on my own! I also love football, and Netflix.

I'm easygoing, sociable, open-minded, and tidy (but not obsessively so).

Ideally would like my own place or live with housemates I get along with as friends and who don't lock themselves away in their rooms most of the time although I do appreciate we all need space.

If you think you might potentially have anything for me I am looking to move ASAP
