Housemate wanted for professional female in Churchill (between Chipping Norton and Stow-on-the-Wold). Three bedroom semi-detached house in quiet village location with amazing views and very good local pub.
Full use of house, small garden, loft for storage etc. Would prefer someone just 4 nights per week, the price of £70 per week reflects this. However happy to consider 7 nights for the right person 😊 Full price would be £120 per week. Includes council tax, wireless broadband (throughout house), electricity, phone line rental and water. Two miles from Kingham Station (mainline through Oxford (30 min) to London Paddington 1h30). Private driveway with parking for two cars. Washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher. Bedroom has TV aerial, double bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Male or female. Non-smoker preferred.
Owner has two well-behaved dogs and a cat so loving animals is a must :-)
