I'm going to be away in December and January 2019 and I'm renting out my spacious double bedroom in Streatham, South of London, 15mins by bus from Brixton (Victoria Line) and Tooting (Northern Line).

The flat is newly decorated, on the first floor of a nice Victorian house 5 mins from the high street. It's a 2 bedroom flat split into 2 levels with 2 bathrooms (I know it's pretty awesome) a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer..) and a living room with a dining table, chairs and two sofas.
In the flat, there's plenty of storages, including a separate room for the washing machine and laundry.

The room is coming furnished, with 2 chests of drawers and a big wardrobe. A new bed and a new memory-foam mattress + its own 3 pieces bathroom with a super cool shower.

LOCATION
In the nearby plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, a Tesco Extra, Lidl, Sainsbury and Iceland.
The ODEON cinema is just 3 mins away.
Super well connected: trains to London Bridge and Victoria are running every 15-20mins from both Streatham and Streatham Hill. Brixton is very near, less than 15 mins by bus.
Gatwick airport is just 50 mins by train and there's a direct train to Luton too.

Price is £750 p/m all bills included (fast Virgin wifi)
Couples are welcome £850/m all bills included

You'll be living with Jess, my super awesome flatmate in her late 20s.
