Back on spare room as Landlord has decided to increase the rent by 25% so exploring my options

A bit about me:
28, Civil Servant working in Westminster area, typical 9-5.30 work day.

Hobbies:
Outside of work I am up to the usual mid-20 activities; either playing football/golf, at the gym, out with mates, Netflix, getting out and about in the City.

Looking for good housemates on a similar wavelength and age. I like having a nice place so consider myself a tidy/respectful housemate. Like most people, would also like to live with social and respectable flatmates!

Lived in SW for the past 5 years but open to new areas in London.

Quite flexible on moving date but hoping within the next 2 months. Looking to pay up to £950 inc bills, but less £££ is always better. I have a car so if parking is available thats a bonus!
