Looking for a one bed, studio flat or house. Add ons, mother-in-law suites, annex's are all welcome! Houseshares are not. Sorry, but living in a double room is not where I am in life. I am looking to move around March or April of 2025.

I am a "mature" student that has just begun her PhD at ARU Writtle and live in Norwich. I will need to move South in the spring.

I'm a student, but also a professional. I am American and have a student visa and legal right to live here and can provide documentation.

I'm not too fussy about the details - but I would like a double bed. I'm not fussed if it's furnished as I can get stuff from a charity shop. I keep to myself, I don't party, I don't smoke or do drugs, I rarely have guests.
