Friendly new housemate or tenant?

Hi,

I'm Helen, a 30 y/o working professional.

I am looking for a house/flat share or a 1 bed/studio apartment to rent in London (ideally south east but other areas considered). Easy access to central London is essential.

Im very friendly and enjoy the company of others, but also like to spend time alone. I'd like to live with other people who are chilled and sociable and also respectful with the space and property.

I enjoy nights in and nights out equally, as long as there's good fun and good chat. Not the best chef but pretty good at lasagne and chocolate chip cookies, if they float your boat.

Landlords - if you want to rent your property to a responsible, careful and reliable tenant please do get in touch! Rent paid by standing order every month, all issues reported in a timely manner and happy to help out with ensuring access for repairs etc. References available.

I have a car, so parking would be helpful (free on-street is fine).
