In the wake of the second wave my joint tenancy is falling apart (housemate is moving out), so I sadly need to look for an alternative room.
I am an urban regeneration officer in public sector, working mostly from home at the moment. Ideally looking for long-term, separate room tenancy with deposit protection if applicable. New builds strongly preferred.
