27 y/o female looking for a room

I am a 27-year-old female, currently working in a hospitality industry while at the same time looking for that dream job of mine (please tell me it's not a myth). I am friendly and easy-going, like things clean & tidy and know how to cook good pasta! I was fortunate enough to always have great relationships with all my past flatmates, many of them became my true lifelong friends because I'm a firm believer that you not only share the common space but also in a way your life with people you stay with, so always a bonus to get along well with them! I love books, good cinema, good food & wine, travelling and exploring.

I am looking for someone who would be willing to share their flat with me, female or male, between 25 to 35 year old. My budget is ?400 pounds per month including all the bills and I would prefer to live somewhere within the walking distance of the city centre. I am looking to move in as soon as possible, however, I am flexible with this depending on the offer.
