2019/2020 Accommodation for 2 Warwick Uni Students

Hi, my name is Sarah. My friend, Asad, and I are looking for a place to stay for the 2019/2020 academic year. We're 2nd year undergraduate students studying in the University of Warwick and currently live in Earlsdon but have decided to live in Canley for our final year in October 2019 to reduce the travel time to and from uni. Due to this, we're only interested in areas that are less than 1-2 miles away from the main campus.

I'm interested in an ensuite double bedroom and have a maximum budget of GBP5200 pcm including bills. Asad on the other hand is fine with anything as long as it's cheap and within his budget of GBP420 pcm inclusive of bills. We are very close and would like to live in the same house with other students.

We're friendly and tidy people but we also like to keep to ourselves most of the time. We enjoy cooking and studying together but also tend to not cook if we're both busy. We are quite social people but we don't drink nor party and usually find fun in other activities. Since we would be in our third year, this is especially so as we would need to focus on our studies more by then.
