I am single female and a retired professional ( English/EFL teacher. I have no dependents. I am currently doing care work and am often away for extended periods.

I would prefer a large bedroom with an ensuite shower (important) not a shower in the bath type shower) in a congenial, quiet environment, preferably with an outdoor space or garden. In my breaks I often travel , so again, it means I am not around much but I would like a space where my son or sister can visit me and even stay over for a few days when visiting from overseas though this would be rarely.

Ideally, one or two other people of 40+ to share with or or a separate annexe. I am not a drinker but an occasional outdoor smoker. I have not fixed on an area yet but would like to be within zone 6 and preferably south London if in the London area though would consider areas other areas if congenial and good transport links as no car at present.
