House share wanted

My names Andrew, I'm 32 and I've been renting a flat in Euxton for the past 4 years.
Before I moved here I lived in a house share on Bolton Street in Chorley. I'm looking at sharing again so that I can start to put some money away for a place of my own. I work full time in winkley square, I go running 2/3 times a week, I play acoustic guitar, love travelling, can chat to anyone and I get on well with all animals. I'm an ex smoker so I don't have a problem with people who do smoke

I've never missed a bill or failed to pay rent and I can back this up with bank statements, references etc. My current monthly rent is £425, along with bills this equates to around £700 a month meaning I would be much better off financially if I were to go back to sharing.
