Hi,
I'm looking to join a relaxed share in Roundhay, Oakwood or Chapel Allerton. If you're friendly and have a communal household to offer then let's talk!
About me: an IT Network consultant by profession. I like reading, studying for OU, movies, swimming, local pubs, meals out, yoga, meditation, dancing, healthy eating, live music and the odd big party night.
Some things I'm looking for:
+ Good internet access
+ good shower pressure
+ large sized room with a quality mattress and plenty of storage.
+ LS2 7PQ: close to here or on a good bus route
+ A reasonably tidy living space.
+ a quiet leafy area
+ a nice chat in the evenings
Unfortunately school-night partying is a no-no, sleep is too good to be missed. Also smoking in the house is a no.
The share I'm in at the moment is a happy one. We both muck in with cleaning etc without the need for rotas, arguments or penny-pinching. Very chilled out and mutually respectful. The aim is to get something similar.
