Quiet, peaceful, hardworking professional

About me, Well I am a very quiet and peaceful hardworking professional. I work in London as a PA, my job is very hectic so I love peace and quiet when I get home in the evening and during the weekend. I have been living in my current studio for 2 years after returning back from 10 years in the UAE to study my MBA, which I am currently finishing. I currently live in North London and back in May my job moved to South London so the commute has become painful and expensive and so I am looking to move by the 31st January. I have colleagues that live in both Dorking and Epsom, they love the areas and so thought I would look into it.

What I would like? So I am looking for a peaceful and quiet house with no overnight visitors or party people. I would ideally love to live with just one person but happy to go to two other people as long as its all respectful. I own a home in Spain so I know what it means to respect other peoples property and privacy. I am looking for a large double room as I have a rather large TV that is on a stand and a desk and leather chair which take up a bit of space. As a woman I have a fair bit of clothing and shoes :-) so storage is a must aswell. Kitchen wise obviously to have a fridge/freezer and access to a cooker and washing machine is a must and all bills including Wi-Fi included please. Also as I don't drive being close to amenities and transport links into London are definitely a must. A nice to have is an en-suite and that is on my wish list if possible.

I am currently looking, as even though I have until 31st Jan with the festive period...its not long off and would like to do viewings early in Jan to decide mid Jan.
