Double Room/Buddy Looking For Whole Property

Hello!

I am a 25 years old female looking for a double room around Clapham area if possible.

I am sociable and I find very important to live surrounded by positive and nice people, I also like to have my independence and to feel like I can treat my new house as my home -
with this I mean that I would love to live with someone that cares about their house in terms of keeping it tidy and clean, decorating it, sharing ideas about how to make live and living together easy between each other... Make each other feel like at home basically :)

I have been living in London for roughly 3 years and I really love this city. I am currently studying and working part time in Music Business.

I would be also interested in finding someone as a buddy who would want to move to a whole property with me with the same kind of preferences/requirements.
