27-year old professional writer looking for room

I'm a single 27-year old freelance writer. I work from home, so I'm happy to pay a little extra to cover extra costs of bills and whatnot.

I'd like somewhere low-cost while I save up to buy a property, and would be looking to move after Christmas.

I'm quiet, respectful, tidy and don't particularly enjoy parties, but I do enjoy the occasional rum!

I also love animals, especially dogs, so properties with pets would be absolutely fine, but I don't have pets of my own, or any plans to get any.

Looking within the FY1, FY3 and FY5 postcodes ideally, but FY4 also considered (FY7 and FY6 are a no-go unfortunately).

I don't drive, so a property close to public transport routes would be preferred.

Male or female flatmates, I don't have a preference as long as they're respectful and mature. Ideally professionals aged 25 and over, as I work from home so I need quiet during the day.
