Looking for Double Room around north/east

27 yr old sculptor and furniture maker.
I work full time as an assistant/studio manager to an artist based in Hommerton so I’m looking to move to be closer to work.

Im easy going, always keep on top of cleaning but have alot of patince for those who maybe arent like this. I undersdtand that people have busy lives and sometime dont have the time to clean up imediately after themselves.

I spend most of my time between mine and my bosses studio so appreciate coming home to a warm and relaxed housemates.

I love to throw dinner parties so a good kitchen/dining room and housemates who are open to this is important
