Friendly guy looking for a room
Hi,
Meet your new flatmate (hopefully!). I am an architect and I work near Charlotte Square. I lived in Italy for the past 10 years (yes, the cooking skills come with it!) before moving to Edinburgh last year for work.
I'm laid back, friendly and social and the type of person that likes to be friendly with his flatmates, have a chat over drinks or dinner (not a fan of the hotel type of situation that people don't interact with each other). I also value personal space and enjoy a night in after work.. I'm clean and tidy and know how to take care of a flat. I love cooking, travelling, reading books, going to the movies and out with friends for a drink!
Unfortunately the dog isn't included in the deal!
