Looking for double room in Hove/Seven Dials

Hello!

My name is Tessa and I'm on the hunt for a double room, ideally in Hove or Seven Dials area.
A little bit about me - I'm 28 years old, completing my PhD at Sussex University. I work there 5 days a week, although during lockdown I may work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
I'm into running, yoga, and love going out for a glass of wine.
I'm v clean at home, and mindful of my housemates.

Ideally, I'd ike to share with like minded girls. My budget is 600 - 700 pcm, and I can move in from early December.
