Working Professional Seeking Single Or Double

Hi everyone,

Keeping it short and focused.

A little about me:

I will be looking for somewhere to rent until about October.

I am a sociable, chatty, amiable, respectable guy; sensible, and above all I am reasonable.

I have previously lived in numerous house and flat shares?as a lodger, and at other times as a lead tenant; thus, I am well acquainted with the importance of personal space?which of course goes both ways.

When in the communal areas, I enjoy a cup of tea/coffee/wine (whichever) and a quick chat or good conversation?dependant on the hour of course :) ?or even sharing a meal together from time to time at the dinner table.

On the other hand, I am equally adept at eating solo each night. Either way I?m flexible and happy.

I have lots of interests that keep me busy and occupied outside of work hours!

Additionally, I study, so it?s likely, when not pursuing my interests, I will be mostly in my room studying.

I am clean, tidy, and carry my own load of responsibilities.

Most importantly I am trustworthy.

The ideal property:

I am looking for a ?clean, tidy, and comfortable? quiet place?definitely not a party house?with quiet, but friendly working professionals, where I can be guaranteed a good night?s sleep each day after being hectic at the office in the week.

I am happy to share with either males, or females, or a mixture of both.

No noisy neighbours is a must!!!!?and I mean they must respect the law of the land between 11pm and 7am. (No exceptions here as I have had my fare share of noisy people)

The ideal tenants:

Sound minded individuals, respectful, amiable, agreeable, not into strange beliefs or practices.

Preferably non smokers, and if they do smoke to be considerate of those that do not.

Note:

I work full time, mixture of remote and office, for an international technology firm, so I need a good internet connection?occasionally I would have to go to Manchester or London office.
