Cecilia and her fur baby 🐈‍⬛ need a room

Me

I am looking for a clean spacious room in any location with convenient access to the DLR or Elizabeth Line (my office is located near Bank station, it’s also walking distance from Cannon Street station and Liverpool Street).

My requirements are:
- available from 1st April (I can move in earlier though);
- laminate floors (ideally no carpets)
- a cat 🐈‍⬛ considered by arrangement/landlord’s permission

About me:
I have lived in London for 13 years and currently work as Policy Analyst at the Bank of England.
I speak English and Italian.
In my free time enjoy reading, running,
cooking Italian food.
I have a one year old male cat named Nimbus who is very lazy and calm (doesn’t scratch furniture, he lets me bath 🛀 him etc.)

Happy to provide references upon request and can provide proof of right to work/right to rent in the UK (EU settled status).
