Engineer Looking For Spacious Room

Looking to move out of a large house to save money. Space is a key criteria as I have a lot of hobbies that come with surf boards, golf clubs, tennis gear, computer desk with screens for trading.

If someone can find a really nice house but it's over their budget, I am happy to pay more to have a nice place.

I work for a technology company, and I am starting a business, this means i will have my co-founder over on some evenings to work on the project.
I like nice furnishings and a clean house. Happy to pay for a weekly cleaner.
There's a king mattress coming along too! Happy to buy a new frame for it.

I am available to move from 22/02/2019 and have a budget of ?650pcm.
