Professional Wanting To Private Rent

Looking for a property in rural location preferably Blaby enderby or Lutterworth
Also would consider barrow upon soar or surrounding erea
I’m currently living in whetstone in a house with 2 friends but got till jan 29th to find somewhere due to house being sold
I’ve been here 3 years so pretty gutted we’ve got to leave as my business is 2 mins away my sons a few streets away so would be great to get somewhere round here
I can supply excellent references
So ideally I’m looking for a annex flat house would consider house share if was a large room ( have my own furniture) I’m chilled out work a lot and spend a lot of time abroad or on the coast at my caravan not looking for a run down place full of shady characters
Parking is a must as I have a van and car ( can leave van at my yard if needed )
I do smoke but wouldn’t smoke in the house and also giving up soon 🤦‍♀️
I have my 4 year old son twice a week he’s very well behaved and not a noisy kid
If there’s a whole property out there for around 1200-1500 a month then all 3 of us could move in, again we’ve all got excellent references and we all get on really well
