Chill American Guy

I recently got a new job in Canary Wharf (sweet!) and now have over an hour commute (not sweet). I love my house and housemates but I need to move closer to work.

My ideal flat would be within 40 minutes of Canary Wharf. Really anywhere on the Jubilee line in zone 1/2 or in the area near Wapping/Tower bridge but again, I?m pretty open. It would have a living room, a washer AND a dryer (I know this is a huge ask in London. I don?t need the dryer bit), and outdoor space or public space nearby.

My budget is about ?850 max including bills.

About me: I work in insurance full time and also work as an actor occasionally. I?m originally from the US and have been in London since July 2018. I think I?m pretty chill and get along with most people pretty easily. Hobbies include Netflix binging, music (guitar and bass player), sport (ice hockey), and video games (formerly worked for Major League Gaming). I also spend a night or 2 a month at a theatre. My top 3 favorite TV shows in no particular order are Scrubs, Sherlock, and Breaking Bad. I enjoy a good night out as much as the next guy.

My ideal flat mates: not complete assholes and enjoy hanging out once in a while as a house (not required but it?s nice to be friends with the people you live with).
