Looking for A Chilled Mature Houseshare/studio

Hiya

I am a 49 year old professional looking for a double room in a house share or studio.

I am mature but young at heart. I am a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate happy to chat but also respectful of a person's privacy and need for time out. On my days off I like to keep fit, walk over the downs, swim in the sea, yoga and dancing. I also enjoy the usual cinema, eating out, chatting over a glass of wine, etc.

I am going back to university full time in September so am looking for a chilled house/housemates as I will need to study. I do most of my socialising out of the house and my party days are (mostly) over so not looking for a party house more somewhere I can call home.

At the moment I am working in London three days a week so ideally needs to be located quite near a train station.
