I am a 45-year-old male professional working as a lecturer and look for a nice, quiet and clean place to stay from 9 March.
I have previously shared for several years and I therefore consider myself proficient in the discipline of house-sharing. I am tidy, clean and friendly and expect to be quite busy with work (9 am to 18 pm) and teaching and researching at the University.
