Am seeking a totally non-smoking furnished accommodation - studio or one bedroom flat or an ensuite room - from 2nd December. Basically seeking a room with a fridge and a microwave and own shower room with w/c and wash hand basin. Prefer to have internet connection. A washing machine in the property or a launderette being nearby. Seeking quiet, peaceful and tidy accommodation. To be nearby a bus stop/train station. Do not require a parking soace. Am on disability benefits and do not work. Will not be seeking to apply for housing benefit. Total top maximum budget with including all bills that realistically can be afforded is ?450 pet month. Am seeking no/low deposit Am looking for a property anywhere in the north or the north east area.
