Looking for accommodation

I am a professional female aged 24 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 15/01/2019 and have a budget of £600 . I would prefer to share with females of any age, Not one to usually ask for help of anyone but in the circumstances I feel it’s better to ask as I don’t see another option at the moment, I was wondering if anyone knows of or has any 1-2 bedroom properties to rent ASAP, I work for the full time for the Nhs so would preferable like to live in york or the surrounding areas, I have rented independently since the age of 16 off both private landlords and letting agents,

Long story short I recently accepted a tenancy on a property stupidly without viewing due to coronavirus and to speed up the process as I wanted to have a place to call home and feel settled as soon as possible, unfortunately the property wasnt furnished and has no carpets/flooring etc which was just the start of the problems, it’s been one of them months so it was the final straw hence the search been back on to find a home I can be happy in, i have looked on numerous housing sites every single day and unfortunately nothing is available at the moment or is suitable, if anyone knows of any places or someone who does I would be very grateful
