Clean, open and friendly flatmate
Hi,
I am looking for a room to move in ASAP, exact start date is flexible but preferably in the next 2-3 weeks. Ideally I would rent until September (until I go back to university), but I'm open to shorter lets.
The flat - I work near the Edinburgh University's main campus so I would like a place around 30 min or less by bus or walking. My budget including all bills, rent, council tax, is ?500 per month.
Me - I'm generally quiet, clean and tidy, but I enjoy spending time with my flatmates occasionally, e. g. movies and dinners, and would like to live with other friendly people. I work 3-4 days per week, during the day. I am also organised with money - I have been renting in Edinburgh for 5 years and can provide a UK guarantor if necessary.
