Friendly, non smoking professional seeks a room!

Looking for a room in a househare, Ideally with a shared living area :) Would need somewhere with parking available! A separate WC, in addition to the bathroom, comes in handy, with a houseshare :)
A garden or patio would be an added bonus! But i appreciate it isnt always possible :)
All bills included, to avoid the arguements!

Would prefer to share with females, but if its a mixed sex household, i would be fine with that too..
I am sociable, like to have a chat over a brew, or in general, am easy going, relaxed, and tidy i do clean up after myself!. I also respect other peoples' privacy if they wish as well :)
I would prefer to share a house with just a few others maybe 1 other, or 3, 4 others, if the house was big and spacious, with a big kitchen, ample living space etc....

I dont mind pets at all, dont have any allergies :)
