Animal lover looking for clean, quiet home

Hi.
Due to soaring prices I can no longer afford to live alone. I have 2 beautiful black cats (1 boy 1 girl). They do not use litter trays as they go outdoors. They are dog and cat friendly (dependent on the other cats temprement).
I love peace and quiet. I work in Payroll, hybrid working with two days a week at home.
I am introverted, hobbies such as reading, writing, being in nature & watching documenteries.
I like the idea of living with an elderly person. I could help with chores and provide some company in terms of a nightly cup of tea and a chat. I cannot live in a city/built up area (as in busy roads) due to the cats and the fact that I love green space.
I hope this advert reaches somebody and we can help each other in order to have more money, so life can be lived a bit more for us both! Can adjust budget if it is more than suitable.
I have put 01st December, but it is all depending on both needs as I will have to give my notice also.
