Looking for a room/bedsit/flat

Thirty three year old looking for a room (single or double) in either Redruth, Camborne, Truro, Penryn or Falmouth.

My absolute limit for a room is ?400 per month including bills, while my absolute limit for a bedsit/flat is ?500 per month. Sadly you would have to accept Housing Benefit (I can offer references as well as a guarantor and obviously deposit).

I am a very tidy and quiet individual. I spend a lot of my time outside photographing as I am working towards becoming self employed. This means that when I am at home I am looking for a calm and quiet base where I can edit my photographs and also create music (with headphones on!)

Ideally I'd like to live in a house similarly with quiet individuals who have a fairly high level of cleanliness.
