Hello!

I am Stef. I am a Registered Nurse (among other things) aged 36. I?m looking for a large double room or annex. I am moving for work from Stroud in Gloucestershire.

I am looking to move in ASAP. I have a budget of ?600pcm (bills included). I would ideally like a place of my own; a quiet country home, a cabin, shepherds hut or annex so I am open to any offers that may fit this these descriptions.
I would like a rural location around Exeter or Dartmoor but that can be flexible for the right place..

I would be happy to share with a person on a short term basis while looking for the right place of my own to come up. I would like a larger than average room so I can practice Yoga and also I would like to live with a like minded person.
I don?t have any furniture so would like the room to be furnished please.

I'm into healthy eating and healthy living (dairy& meat free) and live a very quiet and relaxed life so i'm not into a party house or lots of drinking (I don't drink alcohol).

I?m incredibly clean & tidy- I wouldn?t be able to live with untidy people as it would upset my internal equilibrium!

I work for an agency and have work all over the South West in different hospitals. Agency work means I can choose my own hours. I would ideally like a 3-6 month lets to allow me flexibility. I would of course give a months notice to allow you to find someone to fill my space. But who knows.. If I like it I may stay for a while! I have been tied to year long tenancy agreements before and I find them very restricting on my nomadic nature.

I am open to different kinds of dwellings- I have before lived and travelled the UK in a Mercedes bus, lived off grid in a fire engine, lived in a shepherds hut and a cabin. I love the company of a log burner (in the colder weather) or outdoor fire (in the cool summer evenings).

I love animals and I am very good with them .. big or small! I also work professionally as a house, pet and small-holding sitter so I can help out if my services are required. I do go away for week long sits from time to time.

I would really love there to be a real homely feel to the place where I live, a quirky kind of home and a bath would be very welcomed too- If not directly in the property one that I could use elsewhere.

Outside work I love being in Nature, Photography, Hiking and Trail Running.
