Chilled F1 doctor new to area

Hi, I'm starting as an F1 doctor at Torbay hospital on the 30th July and am looking for a place and or housemates to get together. I'm a pretty outdoors kind of guy, but am equally comfortable on the sofa bingeing TV and movies. In need of some level-headed people looking for a nice, calm and clean place to escape to at the end of a long day at work. I am allergic to cats and some other small animals (not dogs though). I am also hoping to avoid smokers if possible. My girlfriend is a speech and language therapist working in Hampshire and we visit each other most weekends. She is super friendly. Once she can get a job nearby she will move down so may move in or we may find a new place together depending on what the place requires.
