Professional mid-40's man with secure full time job, seeks double or large single room for immediate long term let.
Furnished or unfurnished room is not an issue, although if furnished I would prefer some flexibility about the use of my own furniture if possible - as I am a home based worker and would like PC workspace/desk space in the room if at all possible.
