Wanted Flat/House mates, Leeds City Centre

Clean and tidy individual looking for a flat/house share close to Leeds city center and preferably near Saxton Gardens. After my Master's studies I rented an apartment on my own to see how it feels and because all my friends had scattered off. Looking to return back to flat/house sharing after this experience. I am open to all potential roommate matches, male or female.

My normal working hours end at 5pm daily but tend to do overtime sometimes to finish off outstanding queries. I am an engineer working both in and out of the office, responsible both for designing and inspecting works. Since work can be stressing I appreciate a good laugh and easy-going storytelling conversations.

I have multiple personal hobbies to indulge to after work but really enjoy socializing in-house and outdoors with my roommates and friends, sharing a glass of beer or wine whilst having a nice conversation and teaming up for night-outs during weekends or for a cheeky early pint during weekdays. Asides the above, I enjoy making and eating my own food so prepare for a buzzing kitchen two/ three times a week. Tag along for a conversation while I am at it. (My lentil soup and scrambled egg recipes are legendary).
