30 Year Old Seeking Single/Double room
Hi! I'm a 30 year old female looking for either a single or double room! I currently live and work in Maldon and have been renting my own place for a year. I am looking to save to buy therefore need to decrease my monthly outgoings. I can afford up to £550 a month all in which will allow me to save. I have no problem sharing space and would be good to have some company but since I am used to living alone I can respect others privacy. I work 2 jobs and I am in a relationship so there may be times I am out of the house for long periods of time or even overnight therefore you will have plenty of space. I also tend to prepare a few days worth of food at a time so will not need to use the kitchen every meal time (due to my shifts) I work shifts that finish at 10pm (in a gym) and start early but would be considerate when retrun late/leaving early. I'm into fitness/running and like long walks. I also like crafts and make handmade cards. I am available practically straight away. I look forward to getting to know you.
