Happy couple looking to buddy + two bed house!

Hi there! :)

We are a couple who have just sadly been given notice by our landlord to say that they are selling after just over a year at their lovely house.

Naturally we are gutted, because we really love having space with our having to share with lots of people, so we would really like to find a person to buddy up with and get another two bedroom house.

We currently live in Bow, east London and would love to stay here because its a perfect peaceful area right next to victoria park.
It has amazing transport links as our stop is Mile end station which can get you to anywhere in london on either the central, hammersmith or district lines. The number 8 bus also takes you into tottenham court road within 30 minutes, and directly into shoreditch within 15.

BUDDYING

So my name is jenny and im in TV/Film and my boyfriend is johnny who's a bar tender and DJ (always handy). I'm english and he is from Ecuador so between us we speak english and Spanish.
Were not the awkward couple type at all, we are both really friendly and easy to get on with, we like a quiet house, but during the summer like to have BBQs, we are sociable people, but also enjoy staying in with a takeaway. We're both creative and have a few different career paths, which keeps our lives interesting.

Fun (?) facts:

- I (Jenny) am into motorbikes, and rode a 600cc hornet until i sold it to buy a camera last year.
- Johnny is crazy about house music, it's his passion. He's headlining a small festival in July.
- We both just got back from travelling Thailand for a month. We've not cooked for ourselves since we got home. We love eating out. I don't like the word foodie but we are.
- Were veggie. yep. Herbivores.

WE'D LIKE TO BUDDY UP WITH one other person and would ideally just like a guy as they tend to be easy to get on with, someone normal and laid back, friendly, likes both privacy and being social and someone who can pay rent on time.

Just a few things to note to potential house buddies/future landlord, we do have two kitties called smudge and helix and a baby gecko called Alberto, so you will naturally have have to like cats or not mind them being in the house. There nice ones though not a** holes!

BUDGET........................ ...

- The total budget will be around ?1500-?!600.
If sharing with a couple we would be happy to pay half of that for our room, if the rooms are the same size and we all split the bills equally.
If sharing with a single person naturally we would pay more bills.
