2020 Cambridge Half Marathon - through King's!

(soon to be) Professional Engineer looking for a place to rent starting late-August.

I have just graduated from Cambridge University in June and have secured a graduate Engineering job in a medical devices company in Cambridge.

I am looking for rooms around or below the £420 pcm (£97 pw) mark but I will consider a room up to £450 pcm (£103 pw).

I really enjoy running and regularly wake up early (~6 am) to go on morning runs. I recently completed my first half marathon, the 2020 Cambridge Half Marathon with a sub 2 hour time of 1:59:47! My hobbies also include cycling, and an indoor space to store bikes would be a bonus.

Room essentials:
• desk (ideally medium-sized)
• wardrobe
• drawers
• <£450 pcm (£103 pw)

Desirable:
• bicycle storage space
• garden hose (because I regularly clean my bike)
• <£420 pcm (£97 pw)

I will be renting for the foreseeable future but would prefer signing a 6-month contract and seeing how it goes. I have rented before during past summer internships and I always wash and clean up after myself in the kitchen (the one thing that annoys me the most is a sink full of dirty dishes!).
