Looking for a 1 or 2 bed house to rent late July
We are two students entering our 4th and final year of university looking for a one or two bed house to rent. We'd preferably like somewhere unfurnished, with access to a garden which allows pets. We'd be willing to pay an extra deposit and/or cleaning fee for this and have a "pets clause" in the contract making us responsible for damage caused by the pet.
We're both quiet, hardworking individuals. We don't drink or smoke.
We are not interested in house shares.
