Quiet, tidy non-smoking retired man, seeks s/c flat. One bedroom or studio. All areas considered but would need access to shops on foot or by public transport (no car!) Will be reliable and trustworthy tenant and can provide references. Need to give one month's notice to current landlord, so will be available one month after agreeing New tenancy. Currently based in Scarborough so would need photos or video to view properties outside of Scarborough
