Young professional new to Nottingham

I am looking for accommodation near to the Nottingham University Hospitals, as I am starting a new career there at the end of July. I have not lived in Nottingham before, so would be looking for sociable housemates who like to meet new people.
I am very tidy and actively complete housework, whilst being very laid back and easy to get on with. I'll be working hard through the week but like to see friends or play sport at the weekends, and may want to invite old friends round to stay on occasion.
I'd love to meet with potential housemates/landlords for a coffee or a drink, but would need to arrange this a little in advance as I am not from Nottingham.
