I'm an easy going, 44yr old guy. Looking for a comfortable, clean house share or studio.
Would like to share with an easy going, mature household, but not a house full of party students.
I work for the NHS, near the hospital, and also a couple of evenings a week in town so somewhere as near to town as possible would be great.
Would be great to have somewhere with a garden or outdoor space, and an en-suite would be fab, although not a prerequisite.
