I am looking for a room in a clean friendly environment, close to public transport to Paddington or West.

I work full-time, most weeks six days, As I manage a business in Paddington central.

I like to keep to myself after a long day but I am very friendly and out going (when I have the time).

I am not looking to live with many people. Smaller the better.

My budget is ?600 with Bills included. I am very clean and respectful to others.

The only reason I am leaving the room I rent for the past two years is that the landlord is looking to take back the flat. I need to move before the 7th of July. But would like to be in a new place before then.

I am happy to live with guys or girls as I have travelled around the world and have experience living with many people.
