Clean and Tidy Housemate
I am looking for a lovely home with flatmates who like to live in a clean and tidy place. I am sociable yet respectful of privacy. I enjoy chatting over a glass of wine or gin every now and then, but am not a 'party person'. I am looking for flatmates who enjoy spending time together once in a while (I appreciate people have busy lives so I don't expect this to be all the time). I like to live in a peaceful environment (within reason).
I am looking to spend no more than ?700 on rent with bills included. I can stretch to ?800 if the place is walking distance to Holborn otherwise ?700pcm is my limit.
