Friendly and outgoing, looking for my next home!

Hi all!
I am looking for a double room for single use in a nice, friendly and relaxed house, because I myself am so.

I would want a 2-3 bedroom house, with no more than 2-3 people living in it. I just think it's easier and less stressful with less people in a flat.

Looking for like-minded individuals, who also enjoy spending time together watching movies, BBQing, going out for the occasional drink but also understand the need for silence and personal space, who are also young professionals like me and know it can sometimes be tiring.
What you should expect from me is a chat whenever you feel up to it, cooking (I usually like cooking and always cook for 6!). I am clean and tidy because I hate messes and am just a tad OCD.
As I work as a Project Manager in market research, I have a normal 9-5 schedule, so no surprises there.
